lol no, he's the bully actually! XD I rescued him from living in a box. He was in there with 3 other birds. There was him, Estella (another of my tiels) and the other 2 birds flew away when it was opened. I don't know how he lost all of those feathers, all I know is that he is now a super happy birdie, who is spoiled to pieces. ^__^
