Juice drool/leak. Nice touch. And I like that her ears have still retained a smidgen of white.

Now, I see what you're going for with the shadow effect, but it's not quite working. It doesn't look look her sucked in legs are causing enough of an indentation to warrant such a wide and deep shadow. But that might be a perspective fail on my end, so you can take that as you will.
