Tobo here is a pretty smart Mudokon. He was used for experiments by the Vykers One of which lead to his incontinence and the another lead to his smarts and much better ability to use Mudokan chant powers. Another experiment though accidentally froze his aging though too. So he's stuck as a perpetual 8 year old. He's fairly nice but does get stressed out when he tries to do something and his dimwitted Mudokon brothers screw it up somehow. Oh and in case you didn't know Mudokons are a race from the OddWorld games.
