Well, what can I say? This is my first original vocal trance track! With darn near 9 hours of worktime, I wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the mastering on this.
The vocals and lyrics are by the wonderful and talented

Hmm. I was thinking nature sounds and your voice vocalizing the melody. Not so much as the "you're getting sleeepy" bit.. but more like a light "Wake refreshed" bit.
Gah, I haven't worked on music in years. Like, 5 years. All my stuff went *poof* with my ex. I really should think about getting my programs back. :D
Though I tend towards the "New age" kinda thing I suppose. Natural sounds and so forth. Though I do *love* a good solid bass. Been thinking about something that mimics the internal "uterine" noises. Heartbeats and such. Techno for the baby!

Fantastical! I like the lead at the middle portion, but I love the smooth & slow end! =o
I'm still wishing i'd have forced you to let me redo the vocal recording though... BUT, it still sounds fantastical! The vocals are crisp, everything blends perfectly, and it has all the essence of an Ash 9 track!

Ash's melodic trance skill comes from years of cultivation and specialization. I've been using FL for about 3(ish) years now, and I still can't keep up with him, let alone compete!
FL does take time to master though; years of hard work honestly. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty in the depths of the program; the work does pay off!

In comparison to working with physical audio workstations (tiny boxes with tinier screens and a kabillion buttons, knobs, and sliders) FL is ingenious. You just have to retrain your brain a little, and do one of three things (which, I did them all when I got started) Read FL's manual, hit up some Youtube Video Tutorials, or talk with someone who knows FL and have them help walk you through it! (I volunteer!)

Just stumbled upon this song in the spotlight and I have to say, you did a wonderful job with this. From your other works in your gallery, I can tell you have some serious potential in the music world, not only with trance but many many other genres as well.
