You have been walking alone in the forest for a few hours now. Just you and your breath, the strange absence of any animal sound not noticed by your city ears. And there, while you hike, you see this face. Sudddenly it is in front of you. And in this timeless moment you notice the eyes looking at you not as a person but as a toy, entertainment and food. Muscles shifting with perfection beneath the fur, and you realize that there is no way, no single way, you will see the end of this day.
