This is the nineth Light Machinegun i've ever made, and been incapable of naming, and i guess after 9 LMGs over the time since i've been modeling guns this is the 'best' i've made. Though I pretty much, again, reused the Belt fed 20 gauge shotty's body and all I fixed a few things here and there.

1.) Caliber is now 7.62mm there currently is not x59 or the like that hangs behind the '62' so this just just a plain jane mock up 7.62 caliber. *shrug*
2.) I redid the pad on the buttstock.
3.) I rescaled and narrowed the hand hold and the heat shield so they were even with the sides of the main body of the platform.
4.) I leveled the magazine out, turns out on the right side it was wider from one side to the other. In doing this I have incidentally increased the mag size, so behold a 200 round box?

I lengthed the barrel too but that isn't something I think that was really notable, over all the platform is looking pretty solid, no clue if the whole 'if it were real would it 'work'' is possible but I like to humor myself that everything i make is functional. I also made this LMG because i've been watching the Wemoweh trailer for Borderlands 2 a bit too much and i've noticed belt fed MG's. I'm going to SO enjoy BL2. <3
