Just remember kids, until science and medicine make some really huge leaps, there is no magic pill to make you shed all that body fat and have the washboard abs and well-toned, well-defined muscles, it takes lots of hard work. But they're SO worth it.
Also, the rush of self-confidence of starting to pound out workouts when a few months ago, they were rough or sluggish on progress.. That's a great feeling.
