Last Sunday, at the evening, Zeus, mu dog passed away after suffer during months of stomach cancer.
He lived during 10 years into our house, bringing joy and love, funny moments and sad moments. Always I was in my room, he bumped my door, looking for my knee and rest his head, waiting for a rub over his tiny head.
In his last days in this world, Zeus stopped to eat and the tumors inside his stomach started to grow each day. Doctors said I have to give up because his life have to end because the tumors.
I took care in give him water with my hands or using a medicine dropper, same as the soup or another liquid food but when I was outside, in that fatidic Sunday, his life has dissapeared.
My life is not the same without him. I miss Zeus so much.
Is a simple drawing but it's full of good memories and lots of love for my beloved friend.

Kenji,
Please accept my most heartfelt condolences. Our pets give us so much love and joy, it is a shame they can not stay with us longer. You did all you could for him and making the drawings was a good way to reflect on your loss and share it with others who understand. I think part of the heart of a furry is his or her love and appreciation for the real animals in our lives, and that can never be lost. Best wishes, wild one.
