My plant is out of control XD
Does anyone have any tips on how to 'keep' these peppers? (Besides putting them in sauce or in jam, and I've already made the sauce)
I've noticed these guys dont have much of a shelf life - a week out, and then after that they start to get a bit mushy.

These look pretty tasty! :D Recently did some cooking involving Scotch Bonnets, not as hot as habeneros, but the juices got under my fingernails into the beds, and have been stinging and tingling warmly for the past day or so, even with several hand washings! All this stuff makes me want to get a Jolokia pepper or two for kicks. Would totally dry and crush them up to make some suicide sauce :D
