This little screenshot is very reminiscent of Moomin's Tale for the GB, even though that game was a bit of a disappointment sadly. Looking at this, it could have fooled me that it was from a legit game. Very nicely done : ) My favorites has to be Snufkin and Sniff, but I also get a kick out of how the background is done! : )
This is very cute indeed.
I loved this show as a kid, and I still do. The tone of the Moomins was both soothing at times but also very unsettling and scary at times.
The Groke for example still gives me the hibbi jibbiz.
I don't think the show is very well known outside of Scandinavia tho.
Anyway. Very nice piece of Game Boy Pixel Art ^^
