Here we have Linzy Rygner and her father Jacob

Linzy is the third generation of Rygner to serve with the Free Trader's Guild , she joined cadet training right out of high school and proved her self an able helmsmen.
Unfortunately during training she had an accident that shook her confidence , she gets anxious when she has to navigate a ship threw tight spaces.
So far she kept her self in check but during a critical maneuver with her captain putting intense pressure on her she broke , her panic attack caused several billions worth of damages.
Court martial was too good for her , instead they banished her to the worse ship in the fleet.
Captain Faykin and the crew welcomed her with open arms and set her to work right away .
Linzy was nervous and had multiple slip-ups at first but Silk still put her trust in her , her confidence growing she blossomed in to a gifted pilot.

About Jacob Rygner , while not in the main cast he's playing an important part as a friend with in the Guild .
note he's an adaptation/continuation of a character from my original called Rigner , part of my initiative to bring back my classic characters.
