Hmm. Interesting. You have potential. :) However..

Do you use understructuring (circles/geometric shapes to block out the anatomy)? If you don't, then I think you'll find it makes your drawing easier when you're trying to pose things awkwardly. :). It also helps keep things in proportion (the hands in particular are practically impossible to do without roughing them out first) She doesn't seem to have any shoulders, or even muscle tone or bones.

Also, where is the light source in this picture? It seems to be coming from 10:00 and 2:00, which makes some of the shadows impossible, or at least pillow shaded (which is a bad thing). Try not to shade the hair as a block (assuming it's hair), but rather as individual strands. The spikey outline you've got there is more suited to flat shading or bw lineart. Try to draw hair with strands :) It'll look a lot nicer!

It's a fair attempt, but you've got a lot of room for improvement! Keep at it :)
