If you're making each base for the adoptable separately then you definitely shouldn't charge under $15. If it's a set base, I still wouldn't say lower than $10.

It looks pretty cool!
I would say anywhere from 8-10.00 would be appropriate. I say that based on complexity.. If someone wants a plain black horse or one with white spots compared to rainbow leopard spots with goose feather wings or something lol.
I'd name her Jeszebelle

$5-10 is what I would say for a price, with $15+ for more elaborate ones.
I would name this one Coral Waves
And favorited. :)
