Another cute-bad end scenario involving our favourite trio of ponies, this time they've fallen foul of a mysterious curse when exploring the forgotten caves of the everfree forest. Wandering in, they all start feeling a little nauseous as the magic tingles over their body, soon all three are crackling and freezing in place, turned into bright sparkling gemstone statues, a beauty to behold!
Unfortunately, the curse also brings about terrible bad luck....and it just so happens that at that point, a shortsighted miner was digging through the area, and accidentally smashed them all to pieces!
However, things didn't get better, the shards of cutie mark crusaders were passed from dealer to dealer, eventually ending up on the high streets of the fancy part of canterlot, forming a trio of fabulous gemstone rings.
It just so happens, that despite being upset at the loss of their sisters and friends, Applejack, Rarity and Rainbow dash all visited this boutique to pick up jewellary for their wedding days, the curse being broken when the gem-girls finally receiver their first bit of good luck for years, attending their sisters weddings as the actual rings! :D
Well....not a totally happy ending, but then my ideas are quite evil and bad end-like! Least they were taken care of, not smashed and eaten up by spike and his dragon buddies

That, my friend, is open for the reader Don't want diehard fans of the series getting butt hurt I perma TF'd their faves, but I also don't want my fans to get dissapointed the TF never stuck, so make up your own ending to how it finishes, is it a heartwarming reunion of lost sisters? Or a grim fairy tale of ponies turned into wedding rings for eternity.
Even if the miner didn't get them, they weren't in the best pose to be gem statues. I mean look at Sweetie Belle at the left! She's going to tilt and fall right over!
I bet AJ, Rarity, and Dash felt strangely "attracted" to those three rings. "I don't know why, but this ring... I think this is the one for me. It just speaks 'love' to me. Perfectly fit for a wedding ring!"
