You gotta remember ice has a crystalline structure.
You started off nicely on the outside, but once you've moved to filling the ice, you made the contours too soft and made it look like snow or hoarfrost.

It'll also help if you put more emphasis on light reflecting off the ice.

Usually the darker part of the ice is on the inside of the perimeter and you might want to add more angular shadows. Like many more.
