yet i live...always i live
i feel no pain
pain is superficial...existing only on the physical plane
my spirit is strong...my body..ravaged
i do not feel it...the blood can spill, trailing me and dogging my steps
the wounds can go, unhealing, as they have for years
but i am only half of this world
and my will does not bend to its trifling problems...
