Very interesting. Will they transform into Gardevoirs?

I think Omoi's description stated that the suits themselves may evolve, though he's unsure what would happen to the Suit's Occupants if they happened to be inside the suit when the suit evolves, though it seems like these suits doesn't change the person's body adversely as their hands and feet look like they're placed into a "Zentai with mitten hands" of some-sort.

It would seem that he means the costume alone transforms.

I assume it's a bit of column A and a bit of column B, some costumes seems like they're retaining the human body, though some of them such as the Vileplume, Ledian and Chinchou costumes forces people into the Pokemon-sized versions of themselves, but then there's the extremely odd ones such as the Latias suit that looked human....but transformed the person panic as they take off layers of the same suit...slowly changing with each layer.

Seems a bit swingy, but they're Omoi's preferences, so if one type of Living Costume changes the person in one way, it doesn't mean that all the costumes would change the person in the same way, changing size seems to only be on Slime-Based Transformations, though if the size between human and Pokemon are similar then the slight difference in size can be made up by crouching or something.

I don't understand you fully, but I think I mostly get what you're saying.

It would seem that these are non-transformation type suits so only the costume itself would change, but I'm not 100% on that.
