If it's your preference, that's cool, I'm just saying that's not how anatomy works on the spinal column. The only reason the thoracic and lumbar spinal discs are thicker is because they support large muscles and other bone structures, such as the ribs and pelvic bone. Tails do not need this thickness. very animal with a tail has it thick, and then thin, even gila lizards which store fat in the main part.
Again, I understand it's a style thing, but from an anatomical and functionality perspective, it makes no sense. And the drastic change from thin to thick just makes it look odd.

I have no problem with what he wants his style to be. However, he tried to use anatomy as an argument, and that jut doesn't work because that tail structure is not true of any animal with a spinal cord (while opposable thumbs, lips, and two way digestive systems do exist in other species)
