It's going to take me quite a while to draw my picture because I have always had trouble with drawing any figure from the back. Thanks to your picture, I will have reference of how the back looks. (I wont copy the pose to the exact placements and posture, but I was planning on having my character pose looking back). Thanks for opening a new view for me.

To be honest, a great help to me is medical textbooks. The majority of those feature musculature for both women and men, down to the way a hand's muscles work, and how far they can bend.
By learning where the muscles connect and shift in a body, it helps to really lock down anatomy.
