This is A4 sized lineart commission for  natuprunk, or more precisely for her mother. :3
They asked me to draw coat of arms for their family in art nouveau style, which is quite hard style to work with. o3o
There isn't only one way to draw nouveau styled things, so I tried to mix different styles in it. I'd say this came out ok.
I quess it would look more like art nouveau style if it would be in colours, but this was a lineart commission only. I took freedom to add softer shading with black colourpencil thou.

I've never drawn a dragonfly before. :D I like bugs... I hardly ever draw them. There was poor little moth dead inside my window and I first tought I should throw it outside
but then I thought I might keep it for a while and try to draw it someday...
It was very pleasant to work with this since I haven't drawn peacocks, dragonflies or irises before and it's always so refreshing to try out something new. ^^
