Well I say that is kinda rude to say. Is my suit and I can choose my own way with it. Who I choose to make modifications is up to me. I happen to like this hair style that Hoskymoocreations make and think it makes him look rather cool. The plan was always to make his hair longer like the character has. Who I choose to make it is my choice. The suit is not ruined in anyway.
It is on purpose I did not make it "spiky" on the back. I was sticking to the character reference as close as possible. If you look at Flickers hair its also just "flat" in the back. I did not want to add too much bulk to the back because I think it would look rather silly but if a customer wants me to add more volume I can do that no problem :)
