So, at school we were given an old session to work on of a great older song by the Doobie Brothers called Long Train Running. The project was originally meant to be mixed and mastered in Pro Tools, which I did, but I wanted to see what I could do with the raw files in FL Studio, which is my main composing program. I think it turned out pretty nice! Also just FYI, the first one is the unmastered version. There is a small silence between the different versions to let your ears rest for a moment before it plays the mastered version. I'm not really experienced with mixing and mastering recorded audio, so any little tips and stuff are always nice to know. Oh and one last thing, at about 0:34 and 1:24 seconds, a little bit of fret noise that sounds a bit like mic feedback is in the recording. This noise was there when I got the recording and there really isn't any way that I know to get rid of it, but it's not like a disaster, just kinda annoying. :/
