There's a lot of things wrong with this image, the main one being it's Hetalia XD

What's wrong? My history prof will take a look at this and hopefully laugh. And yes, while historians will debate as to whether the controversy between federalism and republicanism contributed to America's governmental problems during its early years, we know from Hetalia that America needed burgers but they didn't exist for at least a century after the Revolution. This caused problems for America, obviously.

Well for one thing, the British troops of the Revolutionary War were called "redcoats" for a reason. On the same note, America's dress is also out of sync with the theme. The Revolutionary War was the first red vs. blue confilct XD
If it weren't themed around the Revolutionary War, most of the problems with this picture wouldn't exist.
Except for the fact that it's Hetalia XD
But then again, it's Hetalia. So things of this nature are to be expected XDDDD

That's the whole point. I should have had them wear period-appropriate clothing but I just thought it was more humorous that the characters be wearing their more modern clothes. You just can't take "Hetalia" seriously as history but it is funny.
