I've seen so much fan art for Homestuck and barely even know what it is. I tried the little MS Paint game but got bored.

Homestuck is a webcomic/narrative. You were in the right place! You just had to keep going. :) Be sure to click the "Show pesterlog" buttons to see John's conversations with his online friends. The narrative starts simple but gets very complex, but even when it's simple I think it's really funny. It's very long- over five thousand pages. It's not just comic panels and text either- there's flash games and big animations with music.
