I was typing away at my next story ready for the Heat submission deadline, and had poured myself a glass of red wine (love to have a tipple when I'm off work and writing) when I noticed that some of the drink had dripped down the side of the glass and stained my story notes.

So I was like damnation! But when I lifted the glass up, I noticed that the drip had formed the shape of a heart on the paper. Hadn't done anything to it, or manipulated it. It was so neat.

Brought such a smile! Obviously someone loves my prose.
