The massive 235 story building which, quite literally, houses 85% of the Sevon Corporation's political bureaucracy, it's kept safe by a 24/7 active microwave denial system at ground level, directed EMP generators, Point-defense heat lasers as aerial deterrents, and countless marksmen scattered around a 25-mile radius of the building. In case of an emergency, orbital strikes of 5-pound DU-Tungsten rods are on constant stand-by targeting all surrounding areas. For passive defense, there's a myriad of contraptions from a CCTV system of 500+ cameras, concrete vehicle-stopping pillars (like the ones in a parking lot), to 1.5-foot bullet-proof glass, reinforced steel deployable window shields, and even smart mines littered across the yards, either operated manually for the anti-riot rubber ball claymores, or electronically with a friend-or-foe chip system on every friendly combatant's uniform for the HEAP (High Explosive Anti Personnel) shaped mines. If need be, all essential members of the building are taken into an underground facility.
To keep things less "militarized" for civilian comfort, the building has not one military guard on active duty at the entry points; only an officer at the reception desk and SPMC (Sevon Private Military Corporation) guard units at the garage entries. For internal defence, they train all maintenance personnel with military-grade training for 4-and-a-half months. Strangely, regular army units enlisting for guard duty are deemed as "unfit for duty"
The lower sixth of the building is dedicated to civilian facilities, like restaurants or private offices, in order to ease tensions with business owners. All other floors except for the top five are dedicated to all branches of Corporate management, ranging from passport printing and ID databases to the postal service HQ. The top five floors are the most important, with the fifth being the military-political map room (all army operations are observed here), the fourth being the Command and Control for the building's defenses, the third being the SPMC Marksman barracks (complete with electronic sniping practice booths), the second being the Treaty Chamber (made for short-term political meetings and treaties only, there a separate building for large-scale diplomatic committees), and the first being the ever-important Corporate Headquarters. On top of that, half of the first floor is made for Corporate meetings, and the other half is the CEO's office. (rightly so, the supercomputers feeding him information real-time from every corner of the Corporation take up two-sixths of the room, one-sixth for each side).
EDIT
a SUPER special thanks to BobaTeaAddict for pointing out some shades that shouldve been there
also removed a green line going up in the left and upper corners :3

This is a great spectacle of a city night life.
The building perspectives with the different angles give a good layout of construction sequence.
Just by adding the text, just added more imagery, and I was enjoying how overpowered Sevon Corporations is. xD
It makes me wonder what government system they're running in and all.
As part of my critique, I think the only thing I would add, are shadows for the character, the gun, and a slight shade on the roof surface.
Other than that, you got it down. Pretty narly lights for a city, I would love to be somewhere like that.
Thanks for doing this, this made my afternoon.

i kno i kinda rushed it x/
lol i was wonderin if i should put shadow on the rooftop lines, but i decided that the nighttime shade was fine for some odd reason...
o well, version 2.0 comin right up :b
and the Sevon Corporation is run by the same chairman system all corporations are run by, except instead of shareholders every member is president of their department, like president of the department of internal affairs and what-not
originally they were the highest stock-holders but when the business turned into a country the revenues went to the corporation and not the chairmen, so they all managed to get a smaller paycheck instead of corporate share in exchange of power
yup, the corporation was very corrupt back in the day :b
