Some shots of the bare foam base that I sculpted (read: hacked away at with scissors). The foam is anchored to plastic mesh. The silicon nose and tongue were purchased from
DreamVisionCreations because I wanted them to be squishy and I don't know the first thing about silicon casting; however I sculpted/painted the teeth/lower pallet myself (super sculpey & acrylic) because the one I bought with the tongue didn't look right in the head.
It has a moving jaw held in place by elastic, anchored into the head on a wire hinge. It doesn't work terribly well, unfortunately... or rather it moves responsively but causes the rest of the mask to shift forward on my head, I guess because the elastic is too strong? I attempted to alleviate this issue by gluing the mask to a hat to help it stay in place on my head in addition to another piece of elastic that goes around the back of my head, but it didn't really help.
The eyes are cut from plastic plates painted with acrylic and sealed with hot glue (spur of the moment BAD decision lol but it's too late now), with sunglasses for the pupils. They have a slight following effect.

I think you placed the nose a little to far in. It looks fine on the base but you have to remember that when you all the fur/what ever material there's gonna be about a quarter inch of thickness added to it. You wouldn't want the nose to look dented in once furred.
Beside that pre-warning, it looks great! Very clean foam work you have going on! The material is sure to lay nicely on it!
