Now, there's something to frame and horde away. Nice catch. It's kind of like that one person who got Renee Auberjonois (who played Odo) to sign a plush Sebastian the crab before Deep Space Nine came out. That's got to be some crab nowadays.
It's also interesting to note that the part of the signature inside the upper swirl of the big letter resembles the Star Trek insignia.

Uh, no, actually, I was referring to de Lancie's signature itself, above the pony's flanks, not the "To Jessica". Look at the lines inside the upper swirl of the first letter. And, no, I was not meaning to imply that it was intentional, just that it was an interesting bit of happenstance.
I was at Bronycon. I payed $30 and stood in two long lines (three if you count the disruption of the first line by the fire), to spend two minutes in front of John de Lancie. As you can see, I got his autograph. I also got my photo taken with him:

Still the combination of seeing him speak and getting his autograph filled me with a lot of positive energy that I was able to take home with me, after the convention was over. ^!^
