A beautiful California Ebony Tarantula (Aphonopelma eutylenum). I found her on my front stoop in the morning. She's about as big as a clenched fist. You usually don't see these in Nor Cal or in daylight, and she seemed to be dragging one leg. I took a couple pics and wished her godspeed.
Edit: I was reminded that it's actually a 'he'. The pedipalps (2 front "mini legs") give it away. I was calling him a 'she' as in "One big mutha" :3
