mech-pencil, inked with 0.5mm sanford uniball, scanned in MS PAINT as monochrome BMP, OC+mask layer to come up with color pallette, opened pallete in MS paint, and then colored in MS_Paint.
its 2 tone. (Color pallete origin from OpenCanvas, used eyedrop tool in ms paint to fill.)

i really should do a tutorial on how i do these. i like the clean simplistic look.
