That looks very painful, I am not sure I'd want that game on my mind! I think I will pass on that. :P
And like what other people said, reminds me of Tetris Attack in two ways, one for being literal Tetris pieces attacking, and two the game, which wasn't too similar to Tetris, but it was fun anyways!
