Glass War Axe :O

Pffft Shuuush, Originally it was only gonna have one axe-head but the co-writer for the story (aka my husband) felt it looked better as a double-headed axe. I'll admit I did use a Glass Axe as reference but the actual ax has a completely different (and far more simplified design)

Thanks! I'm kinda unhappy with her paws truthfully, butI'll admit I did gain some inspiration from Shippo for her tail :3 InuYasha was one of my favorite Anime growing up, it still very much is now! xD

Lol thanks! when I'm more confident with myself in the future I plan on opening for commissions -hint hint- but till then, just focusing on my story.

Lol, I feel I need more practice because I stress out about commissions like I did about tests in high school. Then again everyone that usually wants a commission from me, usually wants something I do not draw, or something that is a weak spot for me. I can do commission upon request though, but not until I open a new bank account for paypal. (Me and my husband were switching banks and haven't set everything up just yet) if you'd like something, just note me with the details and we can figure out a price. :3

The woodsman daughter was making her way toward the nearby village. The weather was warm and sunny. She liked being part human, the sunlight felt better one her human skin than her blue fur. She didn't have much money, and was only to buy some apples for the summer ahead. Desirha was a content girl, but longed for using the battle ax her father made for something other than just chopping wood.

She would daydream about running into a monster, or the village being attack. She wanted to be the hero, not the princess being rescued. When she arrived at the town gate it was open, and no one was around. She got worried and decided to sneak around carefully, until she found someone. She eventually discovered all the humans and local furs were gathered around in the town square all looking and gazing at a new local prince.

Desirha expected a fancy old man to appear and give a long winded speech. Ironically, the person out of the wagon was a little boy. She had to steady herself with her ax to stop from falling over. The next person was his older brother who actually looked nice. Desirha looked at him for awhile before spacing out about becoming a princess in a long dress.

Her visual nightmare ended with a gruff guard coming around the corner.
"What's all this then" he question drawing his sword. Desirha met his blade with a tap from her ax. Now was her chance to get some action she wanted.

A few swings from both of them and she sent the man's blade flying. She smiled shouldering her ax with pride. The man, "How dare you assault a royal guard?" and with that a handful more men showed up. She managed to get a few, "easy fellows," before she began to run into the crowd.

yes, I most enjoyed writting this. I hope you like it, I put a good 15 minutes into writting these 311 words. Very nice, I would mind writting more on it. *clap clap*

Pfffffft lol this was an entertaining read, even though it doesn't match her personality/background. Thanks for the entertainment though! ^_^

ok, well I was tyring to go with the whole not showing tears thing, I guess I messed that up with day dreaming... oh well, I can always write a different tail if you'd like.

lol, you're the first person I've met on FA that does this xD and if you like my characters, just watch me and later on I'll start posting up the story so you can learn her actual story. ^-^

lol, you can, I mainly do this to find artists that want a writer/editer to help them out. I just enjoied this that's all.

Ahhh okies, yeah I have my writing partner covered, my husband is helping me with her story, I've actually been working on this idea for over 10 years, but most of the ideas are in my mind and hard to translate to paper, but we're working on that issue this year. ^^

I like that axe, great job on the metallic look. The background is very good; the only thing I would work on is the line where the road meets the grass; it's a bit too neat, and that makes it look like the road is higher than the ground where the grass is growing. Otherwise everything looks amazing.

Thanks, and you never know, the road might be higher, the area is kinda hill-ish and most roads, especially where I live are made higher than the surrounding area ;>> I'm actually doing touch ups on this pic in my free-time, if you have a tutorial or reference on merging the grass with the road I'd be grateful. ^^

sorry, I don't know how to do it, and haven't come across a tutorial for that yet.
