Verry cool. I want to see where this goes. Especially if Mewtwo might be involved somehow. That would be completely awesome if he and his little tribe of cloned Pokemon found this island.

Well it is a trade for a latios and latias wg story. You could either see if  hasquet would want that included or I could always try a continuation of the story or something like that.

Well if you want to do a continuation that's up to you, but I do think it would be awesome. Not a huge fan of 'new' pokemon personally. Every number after Mew at 151 just looked too... 'fake' to me. Like they were robots with odd coverings or animals dressed in costumes. The first 151 felt just real enough to exist without looking boring.

Well I'll see how this story goes and if gets enough praise I might try and do a little something with Mewtwo and a few of his clone Pokemon (probably Pikachu and Meowth).

To be honest, I really don't know much about the rest of the third generation, and I have to admit, a lot of them look a little... cheap, I guess. I have literally never even touched the fourth or fifth generations. I see what you mean about the first 151. I still play my Red Version. I started a new file only a few weeks ago!

I'm not sure if it's the graphics or what. Back then you had to use your imagination a bit to get to know what a Pokemon looked like, and I think that made them feel more special to people. That is only a theory, though. Also, just the fact that the first game had only up to 151 probably helps, and every game after probably feels like it's trying to take the title to you, huh?

I noticed that the remakes weren't nearly as fun as the original...

Anyway, I agree. The first 151 are the best and always will be, except for me; I like Latias and Latios specifically as well. It is odd, come to think of it, that I can't picture any Pokemon that look like them to mix in with the first generation. They do have a different appearance...
