It is a French Poodle. The uniform is not accurate :( I am happy with the shading.

I like the way the clothing came out, even if you don't feel it's accurate as a uniform. It has a very natural, relaxed fit to it. And of course, as always, your shading is wonderful. Very nice job.

In case you were curious about resources for French uniforms in question, here's an examples: http://www.fhhutchison.com/images/f.....ora/Osprey.jpg The rightmost being the most relevant for this guy. The leftmost belongs to a tank operator. This fellow here, looks to be standard infantry, or Poilu as they were affectionately called. Albeit in a very casual and relaxed situation.
