One of Chiharo's elite battle team, Abyss the vaporeon. Took a little artistic freedom on his design, since he was bred to be a vaporeon I figured he's have stronger aquatic traits than those evolved from a generic eevee. His frill is like a webbed mane, it and his head fin mostly lie flat when he's at rest. His tail flukes are behind his back/stomach.
