Ya' got me. I figure it's because somehow some people confuse the meaning of critique. Critique is for improving what we already do, I think some people confuse that with simply complementing artwork. Self improvement requires two things, first the awknowledgement we can be better, second effort. If people can't do those things, then critique simply becomes nagging to them.
