I can't critique anything about anatomy, shading, or just the overall realism that is damn near perfection in my eyes. However, you pushed the absolute boundary on what is uncanny valley, I don't know if Japanese has a word that translates over or not, however it is something that is very common in horror from your home country.
My Little Pony's heads when viewed from the front in realistic art can be down right frightening which you managed to avoid here, however the skin tight suit showing every contour of the human body dives this image into the deepest recesses of uncanny valley. Like many other images made by you its this unique attention to detail that causes this and makes these images horrifying, but yet at the same time masterful and gorgeous pieces of art.

I know. Inukai's art is too off-putting to fap to, but I find it interesting on a purely artistic standpoint. The grotesque is an under-appreciated genre.

Damn... and I never thought I would live to think "I can die happily now"...
