It's not as shiny because you're using RGB? Might want to use CMYK.
CMYK is good for printing.

Hm... As a design, I think the only thing I could say against it is that the marking/nose seems unnatural for a coin, as does the eye and the shine on it. Maybe the text is a little too low since it overlaps the ear strangely but other than that it looks pretty good and realistic even.
