Archie, an inquisitive juvenile gryphon. Don't mind the feathers; 'tis the season for fall molting, after all, and odds are this bounding featherball of energy has only paused for a moment.

Decided to go with more "traditional" coloring here, with a variation on red-tail hawk markings.

Doodled with Sharpies on drawing paper; colored with Prismacolor markers and pencils. Dedicated to  ArchTeryx, 'cuz he reminds me a great deal of Arch's own (which probably explains my creativity demons' insistence on both his name and his coloring...hm...). ^_^;
