Oh yes! OmegaCoyote needs to tend to Wile E Coyote's wounds, so that Wile E can eventually capture that good fer nothing Road Runner and have him (her?) for dinner.
(Did Warner Brothers ever elude to the gender of the Road Runner? I've read websites where people view the Road Runner as being female, and that the Coyote's chase after the Road Runner is a symbol of men chasing after women and not always succeeding.) :P
Perhaps too many "experts" and "psychologists" are reading too much into these cartoons.
