JOHN: my bit of doodle
ME: No John, it's MY bit of doodle
That was a script I just wrote to accompany the picture. I'm sending it off to the BBC to hopefully be turned into a full length drama. It's about a guy called John trying to steal everyones doodles and sketches. He doesn't get very far though because he sells his PC at the local market and falls down some stairs. Shit, I just gave away the ending. You should watch it anyway.
Oh yeah, his road looks like a boot.
Anyway, . . . on to the artists's notes. Take it away Frank . . .
FRANK: OK . . .
ARTIST NOTES: This picture started out as a doodle (not John doodle) as a practice picture to practice anatomy.
But once I'd uploaded the sketch I used it to practice some new custom brushes in photoshop (used for the background). It also gave me the chance to keep up my practice on eyes (I've noticed a small improvement, but still miles off from what I'd like). I just used the word 'practice' too many times for my liking.
one mile is 1.6 Kilometers. that's aproximately the same distance as 4 beached whale's, 3 breifcase's, 12 hammocks, a van, and a brussel sprout. Obviously not accurate to the exact millimeter, but a close enough estimation.
