I don't know the country which the signs are from, but stuff like this sadly happens every freaking day here in Albuquerque. I am just always asking this question to me if people are too stupid to properly park, or are just so damned lazy, that even taking a proper angle is too much work. >_> Oh, and drunk is definately an option too :b
