We've been packing all night. Our house rabbit, Thayli, is helping us clean out our fridge I guess.

He doesn't normally get carrots but he was getting mad at us for packing and making a fuss (*THUMP*), so arpad decided to distract him with a favorite treat.

Thayli was intentional but everyone else was a mistake. I kept seeing wild black rabbits and thinking they were the coolest. And then we met this fellow and I had to take him home and let him hop free around the house (he had been being kept in a no-fun cage).

When rabbits get angry or frightened they tend to thump their back feet. I assume that is where the '*thump*' came in. Mine does it when he is throwing a tantrum.

No no hun, don't. I mean not a lot of people know that and a lot of people even associate it with playing since Thumper did it in Bambi. I personally haven't come across a rabbit that does it in play.
