Stallion Cash is so evil because he charges for protection, robs the minimum and less, obeys the rich which they are helping his support, causes destruction for he can save the day, he even gets off easy due to having his bale money from his rich friends.

He is still unknown because Stallion Star or even all Villains do not know if he is working with our own country to do evil things to the country.
