Some reason I always thought Commissioner Gordon was the coolest. Mostly because hes an old guy without the gadgets of Batman but still nearly as tough and brave.

Yeah. I grew up on that show. Watching it now I realize how silly the show is now seeing how Batman can kick off 50 ft robot heads with a single blow and bad guys thrown off buildings always land in a pillow factory. But mostly picked that version because that Gordon is much easier to draw and recognize than the other variations of him.
