So. I always wanted to draw Kei and here you go. Her arm is short. I know. I penciled it and thought it was too long. It wasn't. I realized that too late as I inked it and now its too short =/. She looks retarded.
Other trouble? My inking pen ran out of ink. Just my luck. Thats why it looks so haggard. Geez. Its incomplete, sorry about that.

Edit: ....ugh...just realized how flat her hair is -facepalm-
