A bit of a conceptual piece, I guess. This is the 'villain' of the T.a.N.K. comic. His name is Army General Tenacious B. Leary XP

No, he is not a zombie--that is a scar. Normally, he wears a patch over the affected eye, but I wanted to bring out the duality of his character in this piece. He's also missing two fingers on his left hand. He's very 'two faced' in that he is very charismatic, intelligent and well-connected, but also rather beastly of character and intent. That is supposed to be the president down there in the corner, but I haven't worked on him just yet. Still a very rough W.I.P. It's hard to describe how I want this to look when it is finished, but well . . . yeah, I just can't. LOL
