Yeah, I know, I can't seem to settle on a look. But now I think I've got Teezle (and the world he comes from) down.
Yes, this guy eats raw meat. Yes, his outfit is blue leather. Yeah, he's got a few pieces of basic tech built into his arm bangles- clock, compass, card power meter, thermometer. Yes, those are spurs on the front of his boots- they're for combat, not riding horses.
