The second illo for the Prehistoric Times ancient whale article. This particular critter was some sort of bizarre walrus-like dolphin. The tusks were asymmetrical--much longer on the right side. There is still debate about wether they were used to grub for clams like current walruses, or were used for display like current narwhals.
