Absolutely lovely. I love the feel of the picture, and the way the scene has a mysterious feel to it.

Wonderful work like the lighting :)

I love work that has more than just visual appeal, and this most definitely goes beyond and produces a tangible mood of foreboding, anticipation, and perhaps determination in the first frame and wonder and elation in the second. The lighting is absolutely wonderful as is everything else about these pieces.

It's interesting, I posted a graphite precursor to a color piece I'm going to do soon. It has a small spirit creature depicted almost identical in form. Transparent, surrounded by cold blue flame and also with a light blue tint to the body. It is a feral cougar in the palm of an anthro cougar medicine woman. It is a scene from a short story I'm working on.

I do so love the way you did the spirit otter and it has given me a bit more insight on how to approach doing my spirit creature. :)
